If your item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect and not caused by misuse, damage, or normal wear and tear, we will provide a replacement at no cost.

Please include your original order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect. Our team will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement. In some cases, we may require you to return the defective product, and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
